The website starts a conversation—not a manufacturing contract.
These terms summarize use of the current site and quote form. Manufacturing terms are confirmed separately for each project.

Website information
Design guidance, examples, and technical content are general information. They do not replace an engineering review of your specific part, assembly, loads, tolerances, safety needs, or regulatory obligations.
Quote requests are not orders
Submitting files asks FabRapid to review a potential project. It does not create a purchase commitment, guarantee manufacturability, fix a price or delivery date, or require either party to proceed.
Confirmed project terms control
Material, quantity, finish, tolerances, timing, inspection, documentation, payment, shipping, and any special conditions must be stated in the accepted quote or related order documents. Those project-specific terms take priority over general website copy.
Your files and authority
You must be authorized to share submitted files and request the work. Do not submit content that infringes another party’s rights or that requires handling FabRapid has not agreed to provide.
Responsible use
Do not probe, disrupt, overload, bypass security, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful work. Access can be limited to protect the service and its users.
Special and regulated work
The website does not make universal certification or compliance claims. Export control, medical, aerospace, defense, safety-critical, or other regulated requirements must be raised and confirmed in writing before files are shared or work is ordered.
